This initiative acknowledges the critical challenges facing our education sector, including recruitment and retention issues, workload pressures, and the evolving role of teachers in supporting students' diverse needs.

"The WLGA recognises the importance of this collaborative effort and is committed to working closely with the Welsh Government, local authorities, unions, and school communities to ensure the success of this strategic approach. We look forward to contributing to a future where our educators are well-supported and empowered to deliver the highest standards of education for all learners."
